The combretum micranthumb (kinkeliba, sekhew) is original from West Africa.

Its medicinal properties have been demonstrated for a very long time in pharmacology as well as in herbal medecine. Its also called <Herbal tea of long life>.

Its main compounds are phenol acids, potassium nitrate, flavone heterosides ( mini 1.2% expressed in vitexin, catechic tannins and catechols, proanthocanidols, hydroxystachyne, polyols ( sorbitol, mesoinositol, cyclitols), sterols, triterpenes.

We can see that the presence of alcohols and quaternary amino acids promotes cholera properties such as stimulation of bile and cholagogue which facilitate the evacuation of bile.
